# Backroom Overflow Storage & Tote Standards

###### Overview
Backroom storage allows vendors to keep reserve inventory on-site for fast shelf replenishment. Storage allocations depend on your active membership tier (or can be added for $25.00/month per bin).
### Storage Tote Requirements
* **Container Specifications:** Inventory must be stored exclusively in standard **clear plastic totes** with a maximum capacity of **18 gallons**. Cardboard boxes, loose bags, or non-standard containers are prohibited in backroom areas.
* **Mandatory Tote Labeling:** Every storage tote must be clearly labeled with your **Vendor Name**, **Vendor ID**, and **Assigned Tier**. Unlabeled containers are subject to removal during routine inventory audits.
* **Capacity Limits:** Totes must close completely with the lid secured. Items stacked outside assigned totes or on undesignated shelving will be removed at the vendor’s expense.
