# E-Commerce Fulfillment & Local Pickup Options

**Overview**
Create Marketplace offers multi-channel integration through Garnet to help you sell items both in-store and online.
### Home-Shipped Orders & Fulfillment SLAs
* **48-Hour Shipping Window:** When an online order is assigned to your home inventory, you must package and ship the item within **48 hours** of order notification.
* **Shipping Supplies:** Vendors are responsible for providing all packaging materials, shipping boxes, tape, and labels for home-fulfilled orders.
### Turnkey In-Store Dropshipping Add-On
Vendors who enroll in the **Turnkey Dropshipping Add-On ($25/month)** authorize store staff to pick, pack, and ship orders directly from their in-store booth or backroom storage totes. A **$3.00 per-order labor fee** applies, and buyer-paid shipping fees pass through to carrier labels automatically.
### Off-Site Local Pickups
If you offer direct off-site local pickup, you must process orders within **48 hours** and arrange pickups in safe, well-lit areas. For personal privacy and safety, vendors are strongly encouraged to use the physical Create Marketplace storefront hub as their primary pickup point.
