Home-Shipped Orders & Fulfillment SLAs

• 48-Hour Shipping Window: When an online order is assigned to your home inventory, you must package and ship the item within 48 hours of order notification.
• Shipping Supplies: Vendors are responsible for providing all packaging materials, shipping boxes, tape, and labels for home-fulfilled orders.

Turnkey In-Store Dropshipping Add-On

Vendors who enroll in the Turnkey Dropshipping Add-On ($25/month) authorize store staff to pick, pack, and ship orders directly from their in-store booth or backroom storage totes. A $3.00 per-order labor fee applies, and buyer-paid shipping fees pass through to carrier labels automatically.

Off-Site Local Pickups

If you offer direct off-site local pickup, you must process orders within 48 hours and arrange pickups in safe, well-lit areas. For personal privacy and safety, vendors are strongly encouraged to use the physical Create Marketplace storefront hub as their primary pickup point.
