# General Liability Insurance & COI Requirements

**Overview**
All active vendors are required to maintain Commercial General Liability insurance to protect their business and products while displaying inventory or selling through Create Marketplace.

#### Insurance Coverage Requirements

* **Policy Limits:** Minimum limits of **$1,000,000 per occurrence** and **$2,000,000 aggregate** (including Product Liability and Broad Form Property Damage).
* **Mandatory Additional Insureds:** Your policy **MUST** name the following two entities as Additional Insureds on a primary and non-contributory basis:
  1. **Create Marketplace Co LLC** (14647 Delaware St., Unit 700, Westminster, CO 80023)
  2. **TPP Orchard Property LLC c/o Trigate Capital LLC & Vestar Properties, Inc.** (2415 E. Camelback Rd., Suite 100, Phoenix, AZ 85016)

#### How to Submit Your COI

Upload your Certificate of Insurance (COI) directly into the **Garnet Vendor Portal** under your settings.
* **Preferred Partner (Thimble):** You can obtain instant, compliant coverage via our official ${color}[#773dff](Thimble Partnership Link). Purchasing through Thimble automatically issues a COI with all required Additional Insureds directly to Create Marketplace.
* **Import/Foreign Sourcing Restrictions:** Thimble policies strictly cover products manufactured or transformed within the U.S. If you directly import finished goods from outside the U.S. for resale, you must obtain commercial liability insurance through an alternative carrier covering imported products.
* **30-Day Compliance Window:** New vendors have a strict **30-day window** from agreement execution to upload an approved COI. Failure to submit a valid COI within 30 days results in temporary account suspension and removal of shelf merchandise.
